How about this for a new cartoon series? 4 superheroes. Namely Tempoyak, Cencaluk, Budu and Belacan. They are the shinobi dolphin (of the Irrawady species). Highly trained in marine martial art. They can spot an oil spill from nauticals away. They can also spot any illegals trying to beach on our land in the cold dark nights. Hehe...another original idea from Dilvin.
